If this disgusting abuse of human life doesn't convince you the drug war is harmful to us as a society. It's not a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom. It's time regular people rejected a culture that has had taxpayers pay to build 21 prisons in California versus one public University since 1980.
The United States is destroying lives of those who would like to see cannabis regulated like wine. Rehabilitation not prohibition.
